Annoyance capitalism

When I search for a director or an actor/actress on a streaming service, it would be great if they would only show results that are actually related to those people, and not some other random stuff that some algorithm thinks is “similar.” That’s just a time sink and makes me less inclined to use those services. Similar to “surveillance capitalism” maybe we should coin the term “annoyance capitalism.”
